FREE on all prepaid and standard orders unless specified otherwise at checkout.

Serviceable Locations

We deliver to over 19,000 pincodes across India. If your address is unserviceable at checkout, you will not be charged. Currently, ZORVIA operates exclusively within India and does not fulfill international shipping.

Real-Time Order Tracking

As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment's live status at any point.

Damaged or Lost Packages

 Your purchase is 100% insured against loss or damage in transit. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damaged box and item.
