4. Pricing & Payments

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across most Indian pin codes
ZORVIA reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final and will not be altered after purchase.
For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner. Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.
5. Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation does not guarantee availability — in rare cases where a product is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
ZORVIA reserves the right to cancel any order that:
• Appears to be fraudulent or placed with incorrect payment details
• Contains an undeliverable or incomplete shipping address
• Violates our ordering policies
You will be notified immediately and fully refunded in the event of any cancellation initiated by ZORVIA.
6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most pin codes across India. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier partner schedules, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. ZORVIA is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
7. Cash on Delivery Terms

COD is available across most pin codes in India at no extra charge.
By choosing COD, you agree to:
• Be present at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
• Pay the exact order amount to the delivery person at the time of delivery
Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries without a valid reason may result in your account being restricted from future COD orders. ZORVIA reserves the right to require prepaid payment from customers with a history of COD order refusals.
8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZORVIA website — including but not limited to the ZORVIA name, logo, product images, product descriptions, marketing copy, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of ZORVIA.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any ZORVIA content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability

In any case, ZORVIA's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product that is the subject of the claim.
